Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Packaging and shipping are individually overseen by the artist himself in Israel. Standard shipping is approximately 15 -20 business days. Once the product reaches the destination country, clients are responsible for postal issues including any customs or additional charges.
We use a trackable shipping service.
RETURNS
If you receive a damaged product, please email noach@613artsore within 14 days of receipt to tell us about the nature of the damage and to make arrangements.
EXCHANGES
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you about options.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
If a refund is in order we will credit will your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
